Lullabies & Lovelies is a boutique nanny placement service created with one simple goal: to create meaningful matches between families and nannie’s.
As a nanny myself, I understand just how important the relationship between a family and their caregiver can be. Childcare is incredibly personal—you’re trusting someone to care for the people who mean the most to you and to become part of your family’s everyday life.
I created Lullabies & Lovelies because I wanted to build something more personal than simply matching a family with an available nanny. I believe the right match matters. Families deserve caregivers they can trust, and nannies deserve families who appreciate their experience, values, and dedication.
We take the time to learn about each family and caregiver individually, including their needs, schedules, experience, personalities, and childcare preferences. From there, we thoughtfully connect families and caregivers who have the potential to be a wonderful fit.

Background and appropriate registry checks are completed before placement.
Certification Review
CPR/First Aid and relevant education or certifications are reviewed.

Placement Fees
Full-Time Nanny Placement — Starting at $1,000
Part-Time Nanny Placement — Starting at $750
Our placement fee includes getting to know your family, searching our vetted nanny network, personalized matching, coordinating introductions, and support throughout the placement process.
Nanny wages are separate and are agreed upon directly between the family and nanny.
